VisitNorwich Ltd - who we are and what we do

VisitNorwich is the official destination management organisation for the area of Norwich, South Norfolk and Broadland. We market the area locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. VisitNorwich is a private/public sector partnership partly funded by Norwich City Council and Norfolk County Council. VisitNorwich Ltd is a non-profit organisation.

Our private members range from accommodation providers, restaurants and retailers to transport providers, language schools and the financial services.

What we do

Our aim is to encourage visitors to discover Norwich and the surrounding area. We think this beautiful city, its nearby countryside and Broads offer a fantastic range of things to enjoy for visitors of all kinds, whether international tourists; holiday makers; those on short breaks or days out including those who live and work in the area.

VisitNorwich provides people with information about the area through printed material and our website visitnorwich.co.uk. We have a range of brochures, maps and leaflets to help visitors get the most out of their trips and holidays. These can be picked up at Tourist Information Centres, downloaded from this site or sent by post.

For our visitors

We want visitors to Norwich, The Broads and the countryside to have the best possible experience. Visitors on short breaks, holidays or day trips will find attractive quality places to explore, reasonably priced accommodation from camping to boutique stays plus a huge choice of outdoor pursuits, shopping, history, events, entertainment, arts and culture covering 12 months of the year.

Our website remains current offering up to date travel advice, suggestions, events, information and help for anyone planning a visit to Norwich, The Broads or the countryside. We try to ensure everyone gets the information they need to get the very best out of their time and the most for their money.

VisitNorwich produces over 750,000 leaflets and brochures every year for visitors and travel professionals to use when planning a stay or day trip. These include; Norwich, Norfolk Broads and Countryside the VisitNorwich flagship publication plus an annual Eating Out Guide, Visitor Shopping and Attractions Map and industry groups guide.
