Design an Easter Egg Competition - Competition Results
Earlier this month, we held a competition for children aged 12 and under to design an Easter Egg as we needed 12 eggs for an Easter Egg Hunt. We were overwhelmed with the number of entries we received but we can now announce the winners of the Design an Easter Egg Competition:
Rosa Simpson, age 9; Fleur Cook, age 6; Evan Diver-Hall, age 11; Ellie Taylor, age 8; Eloise Ray, age 7; Roxane Marron, age 8; Archie Baldry, age 7; Manvi Srivastava, age 7; Harry Mann, age 7; Abigail Penny, age 4; Jack Malcolm, age 7; Tia Parke; age 7.
All entries were judged by Mark Wilsher from the Anteros Arts Foundation who said '‘I had great fun doing the judging. It was very hard but I have chosen the boldest, best and funniest entries’.
The winning eggs were featured in our Easter Egg Hunt. All winning designs will receive a Doodle Book, a pack of 24 Crayola Crayons and a pack of 5 Crayola Pens which have kindly been donated by
Jarrolds.
The runners ups' eggs were displayed in the
Maids Head Hotel between 6th April to 15th April.
Easter Egg Hunt Prize Draw
Over 100 families took part in the Cathedral Quarter Easter Egg Hunt which ran over the school holidays from 6th April to 15th April. The youngest entrant was 1 and the oldest 15!, entrants came from Norwich and farther afield including Bristol and Chester. All entries received a mini chocolate egg and were put in to a main prize draw.

A Window on the Cathedral Quarter Competition
Congratulations to Rod Mills, worthy winner of our Window on the Cathedral Quarter Competition.
Rod successfully guessed all 24 windows in our challenging competition.
Rod was presented with his prize of a bottle of bubbly kindly donated by Naked Wines by members of the Cathedral Quarter Steering Group in the grounds of Norwich Cathedral
