Top Easter Breaks - Golf and Leisure

So we’re getting pretty excited for the warmer, longer days to start making a more permanent appearance and with this comes a renewed energy to get out and about. Part of Norwich’s appeal is that this pretty medieval city, with thousands of years of history, is so close to countryside landscapes, The Broads National Park, and the coast, so in one break you can enjoy it all.

We’ve put together some suggestions for making the most out of your time here with country and coastal hotels where you can relax, yet easily get into Norwich for a day or night.

Sprowston Manor, a Marriot Hotel & Country Club is a rather grand base to enjoy championship golf, swimming and spa treats located in 170 acres of mature parkland very close to the Broads. Similarly Dunston Hall, south of Norwich, is set in 150 acres of parkland with leisure facilities, spa, an 18 hole golf course, floodlit driving range, putting green and Crazy Golf. Barnham Broom Hotel, Golf and Spa is a small hotel, but great things come in small packages, and this hotel looks over 300 acres of land offering two championship golf courses, tennis courts and other leisure facilities.

Something totally different but really great for families of all generations is Potters Resort on the coast – 27 miles south east of Norwich. Stays include meals, children’s activities, pool, crazy golf, tennis and top quality evening entertainment plus you can treat yourself to spa treatments if you crave a bit of me time.
