Steve's 'seen the light' coastal trek - Norwich Christian Resources
Following his very successful & spiritually uplifting sponsored ride from Horsham St Faith to Tower Bridge last autumn, Steve Foyster, manager of Norwich Christian Resource Centre is getting back on the saddle for a good cause.
“ It’s something that I’ve always dreamed of doing since a teenager” says Steve. “ I always feel close to God when I’m near the sea.The sponsorship for my London ride raised enough to buy a new chiller in the café.
Now we need to recarpet the café area, which hasn’t been replaced since 2004, install a baby changing table and buy new tablecloths for the 11 tables”
Between Sunday 4 and Saturday 10 September he hopes to follow the quietest coastal route from Felixstowe to Kings Lynn calling in at every lighthouse and stopping for fish & chips on every pier. Total distance about 180 miles.
