Description
Two popular self-catering lodges close to the idyllic Norfolk Broads and the Medieval City of Norwich. We are open all year round and are perfect for holidays, short breaks and business short stays.
The 2 lodges are set around a sunny courtyard/patio featuring a heated swimming pool with patio furniture and a stone barbecue. The lawned gardens and mature trees cover over half an acre and feature a grassed area for children with Little Tikes play frames and swing. This is a perfect place to stay for families and friends.
The lodges are ideal for 3 families. One of the key aspects of this complex is that after a busy day the children can work off their excess energy in the pool while the adults prepare a barbecue over a gin and tonic!
Poolside Lodge Bedrooms - 2xdouble, 2x twin (one of which has one single and one bunk bed with double bed under), plus double futon & cot area. Located by the swimming pool and sleeps up to 11 people.
The interiors for both are bright and fresh with ceramic tiled floors and all on one level. Large open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room so all family can relax and eat together. Washing machine, large freezer, iron & board are provided.
Woodside Lodge - One large double bedroom with cot, one twin bedded room with single bed and set of bunk beds.
Set slightly back from the pool and sleeps up to 5 persons. The interiors for both are bright and fresh with ceramic tiled floors and all on one level.

We are well positioned for many attractions and places to visit:
• Beautiful conservation area of Salhouse Broad which has a wonderful walk through the Norfolk Reeds ending up on the shores of the Broad with a wooden adventure playground - a little boat selling ice creams meets you at the shore if you want one!
• Mousehold Heath with its woodland walks, pitch and put, bandstand, open spaces and a great American diner – Zaks
• The capital of the Broads Wroxham is 5 miles away. Here you can hire boats, eat in riverside country pubs, walk, cycle and shop. Two award winning attractions that mustn’t be missed are BeWILDerwood and Wroxham Barns
• East Ruston Vicarage Gardens (32 acres)
• 20 minutes from the beautiful Norfolk coastline and easy reach of historical houses Holkham, Blickling, Mannington Hall, Wolterton Hall, and bit further Sandringham
• 2 miles away is Sprowston Manor with its championship golf course (daily rates), health club and spa, formal and informal restaurants
• Within half a mile is Racecourse a wonderful family inspired pub with gardens and comprehensive indoor/outdoor children's adventure playground (at only £2/child to play!) for those rainy days
