Quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the village of Ludham, Heart of the Norfolk Broads, National Park. En-suite bedrooms with choice of 4 post bed. Our Popular farmhouse breakfast menu that includes vegetarian and vegan options. All bedrooms have views of our gardens and the countryside beyond.

Ludham village has good facilities with traditional tearooms the serve cream teas, a riverside restaurant and two pubs that offer evening meals. You can hire sailing boats from the famous Hunters Yard or hire a motor boat, available from the village staithe by the hour, there are 122 miles of rivers and broads in this National Park to look at, with beautiful scenery, restored windmills and places to stop for lunch.

There are Five Circular walks sign-posted from the village that take you along the rivers with places to stop for lunch. How Hill nature reserve and the Butterfly Trust is a short walk from the house, you can enjoy bird watching or fishing from the bank, here you will see the rare swallowtail butterfly.
Ludham village has cycle hire too, or bring your own bike with you.

The National Trust houses of Blickling and Felbrigg are close by as is Horsey Windmill, take the walk across the sand dunes, to see the seals and young pups on the sandy beaches at Winterton on Sea.

This is an ideal base to explore Norfolk, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads with the Cathedral City of Norwich 15 miles, the coast and dunes 5 miles and Great Yarmouth 15 miles.

How to get here by public transport
A11 to Norwich, by passing Thetford and Attleborough. A47 r/about take the 4th exit sign posted Gt Yarmouth. Travel lodge at r/about take 2nd exit onto A1064 (signposted Caister On Sea)
Turn left onto B1152 (signposted Martham). Continue forward onto Mill Road B1152 entering Repps with Bastwick A11 north sign. Turn left onto A149 follow signs to Potter Heigham turn left onto A1062 (signposted Potter heigham, Ludham, Horning).

WEST END LODGE is on this road. At Ludham go through village centre (ā€œsā€ bend, Kings Head on right) church on left, we are now the last house on the right hand side.
