St Benedicts is the small flagship eatery of the Raffles restaurant group. Nigel Raffles, chef/owner with many years of fine dining experience heads up the kitchen which prides itself on sourcing the best of local and seasonal produce to create fine dining of exceptional quality.
The lunch and dinner menus offer stunning value and St Benedicts positively hums with the contented chatter of its many regular diners. Typical choices may be double baked cheese soufflé, local new season asparagus with a goose egg parmesan and white truffle oil, 20 hour cooked brisket of beef served with red wine and shallot sauce, carrot puree and hand cut chips with a delectable choice of puddings .
The small private dining room plays host to wedding parties, business meetings or special occasions.
