Norwich TIC situated in The Forum
For expert help and a warm and friendly welcome, make sure you include a visit to one of our Tourist Information Centres in Norwich, Broadland and South Norfolk. Whether you want help to find out What's On, where to go and what to see, to arrange accommodation or to book a boat trip, their knowledgeable staff will help you make the most of your time when you are here.
The Medieval Elm Hill
Norwich Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is located in the Forum in the heart of Norwich City Centre. As well as offering advice, ideas and suggestions the TIC also stocks leaflets, maps, books, guides, post cards and gifts.

April to October: Mon - Sat 09:30-18:00, Sun 10:30-16:30
November to March:
Mon - Sat 09:30-17:30.

    • Email us and we will make the booking -
    • In person – call in to the Tourist Information Centre on the day.
