Tourist Information Centres

For expert help and a warm and friendly welcome, make sure you include a visit to one of our Tourist Information Centres in Norwich, Broadland and South Norfolk.

Whether you want help to find out about events, where to go and what to see or you wish to book tickets and find accommodation our knowledgeable staff will help you make the most of your time when you are here. Don’t forget you can also purchase maps and souvenirs too!

Norwich Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is located in the Forum in the heart of Norwich City Centre. As well as offering advice, ideas and suggestions the TIC also stocks leaflets, maps, books, guides, post cards and gifts.

April to October: Mon - Sat 09:30-18:00, Sun 10:00-15:00
November to March: Mon - Sat 09:30-17:30

The Broads
Norwich TIC services include information for:

Norwich, Norfolk and The Broads, bookings for accommodation plus other local and national accommodation, Superbreaks, Holiday Extras & Travel Cube, airport hotel stopovers, theatre and weekend breaks, attractions, rail tickets and National Express coaches, journey planning, YHA membership, Superbreak Holidays, guided tours, advice and maps and souvenirs.

The TIC can offer help and advice on booking assessed accommodation as well as making reservations, advice can be given by email email. They can book right up until the time you need your room! Reserve B&Bs, guest houses, hotels and self-catering accommodation.

To get yourself aquainted with the street pattern of Norwich and its ancient buildings why not book a 90 minute Blue Badge walking tour it only costs £4!
