The panel for this open, public discussion will comprise renowned policy-makers and business leaders operating from local to international level, who will outline their views on the opportunities and risks that arise from the implementation of the Paris Agreement.
The conversation will be framed by the current global political climate, in particular Donald Trump's withdrawal from the Paris Agreement and subsequent plans for new coal mining and oil pipelines. How does UEA influence and inform government policy, and how can our leaders draw on scientific evidence in their decision-making? Discuss with local leaders and find out more at this special anniversary event.
There will be light refreshments and a chance to network with other guests.
The event is free to attend and open to all, but booking is essential.
