As of 4 July, many restaurants, bars, cafes, attractions and accommodation providers will be opening their doors to the public again. For the latest information on what’s open, click here. Please be aware that many venues will have new procedures and requirements before allowing the public to visit, so make sure to check individual business websites for their latest company guidelines and policies.
As more people begin to return to work, we are likely to see an increase in the use of public transport. Konect Bus have shared their latest advice and guidance on safely using their buses.
Latest travel update 24 March 2020 for Norwich Park & Ride
The Government has advised stopping all non-essential travel and reiterates that social distancing is key to slowing the spread of COVID-19 down. Cafes, pubs, restaurants, nightcubs, theaters, cinemas, gyms and leisure centres are closed.
Today there have been announcements from high street retailers that their doors are now closing. The UK has been asked to stay at home wherever possible and that if people do have to go out – for food for example – they must be apart from each other by at least 2 metres.
Please remember the less time people spend with each other, the less chance there is of contracting COVID-19.
