130 acres of beautiful ancient woodland, water gardens and a private broad at South Walsham in the Norfolk Broads, 9 miles from Norwich.

Over three miles of easy woodland walks with superb views.

Many ancient trees including 950-year old King Oak. Don't miss the bluebell woodland and candelabra primulas in spring. Year-round special events include family wildlife days, guided walks, summer concerts plus Hallowe'en and Father Christmas events. Tearoom and Shop.

Accessible to visitors with mobility difficulties including wheelchair accessible boat. Sensory garden and bird hide for visitors with disabilities. A new boardwalk has been opened to improve access in the garden.
