Drop-off and pick-up points

Theatre Street (NR2 1RG) – 4 spaces, 15 minute maximum stay

Located directly opposite Norwich Theatre Royal and near to Norwich Tourist Information Centre. Ideal for coaches arriving on the A11 or A47.

Facilities: WCs and refreshments available at various locations nearby (eg The Forum, intu Chapelfield).

Castle Meadow (NR1 3PY) – 2 spaces, 15 minute maximum stay

Located adjacent to Castle Mall Shopping Centre and near to Norwich Castle. Best for coaches arriving from the direction of the Norfolk Broads and coast.

Facilities: WCs and refreshments available in Castle Mall food court.

Ber Street (NR1 3EU) – 2 spaces, 15 minute maximum stay

Located directly adjacent to John Lewis and short walk to central area. Convenient for coaches approaching from the A47 via Trowse Bypass A146

Facilities: Customer WCs at John Lewis.

 

 

Upper King Street (NR3 1HA) – 1 space, 15 minute maximum stay

Available weekdays at off peak times only i.e. After 9.30am and before 4.30pm

Located near to Norwich Cathedral and central area.

Facilities; Public WCs and cafe at Cathedral Hostry centre 5 minutes walk. 

 

Layover coach parking

Harford Park & Ride (NR4 6DY) – 8 spaces, pre-booking required

Ticket includes a return Park & Ride trip to Norwich Bus Station for £12. This can be bought from the following:

  • The driver on the Park & Ride bus, cash only
  • By contacting Konectbus to pay by card only T: 01362 851 210
  • In person from Norwich Tourist Information Centre (at The Forum - near the Theatre Street coach stop), plus a £1 fee T: 01603 213999

King Street (NR1 2BU) – 3 spaces, up to 4 hours stay

Located at the lower end of Rouen Road approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre and 5 minutes from Riverside Entertainment & Retail Park. Free to use, available 7.30am – 6.30pm. WCs and refreshments in the city centre and at Riverside. There are 3 free short term spaces for up to 4 hours on both King Street and Roeun Road. 

 

Lower Clarence Road car park (NR1 1HA) – varied amount of spaces, pre-booking required

Located near the city centre and Norwich Railway Station. WC, convenience shops and cafes available. Find out how to book here

Rouen Road (NR1 1QP) – 3 spaces, 4 Hours maximum stay

Located on Rouen Road (which continues from King Street and is near adjacent coach bays) near to Normandie Tower.

Facilities: Customer WCs at Morrisons supermarket via Novi Sad Bridge across river to Riverside retail park 10 minutes walk.
