Dance for Wellbeing

From Monday 16th January 2017 10:00 to Monday 17th July 2017 12:00

This weekly course is for people aged 16+ who want to work on improving their mental health and wellbeing. Get your week off to a positive start with a dance and movement class.
Classes will involve strengthening and stretching exercising, creative tasks and improvisation. Participants will also learn some relaxation techniques, meditations, and sessions will conclude with tea and a chat in the cafe! Suitable for beginners.

Course 1 Mondays 16 January – 27 March
(excluding half-term, 13 February)

Cost: £2 per class including tea.
