The sustainability of our food supply is something that many of us take for granted. Yet climate change, ethical sourcing, food integrity and food-related illnesses are just a few of the myriad challenges that case a veil of uncertainty over the future of our food supply.
This thought-provoking talk by Prof Andrew Fearne from Norwich Business School will explore behavioural change at all stages of the food chain, without which some of its stakeholders risk suffering the same fate as the dinosaurs.
