In this debate, writer and cook Rebecca May Johnson will explore the pleasures and creativity of food; UEA’s Prof Ailsa Welch, will discuss her research into how diet improves health during aging; and UEA’s Emeritus Prof Tim O’Riordan, will look at how we can ensure a sustainable food future.
