To celebrate its 175th Anniversary, the massed ranks of the Norwich Phil are joined by eight outstanding soloists and choirs from across Norfolk for a spectacular staging in the vast Showground Arena of Mahler’s epic and rarely-performed Symphony of a Thousand. It promises to be one of the cultural highlights of the year and is a must-see event for Mahler enthusiasts and music-lovers from all over the region and further afield.
Performance runs: c. 90 mins (no interval). There will be a bar, food and hot drinks available on site before the concert.
Return bus tickets are available for £6. Buses will depart from outside Norwich Theatre Royal at 6.30pm. Ample free parking is available at the Showground (Gate E).
