UEA Inaugural lecture: How does the brain work? Insights from brain imaging and machine learning

Transformative developments in brain imaging methods (EEG, MEG and fMRI) for psychology research, and machine learning methods for finding patterns in data, have combined to revolutionise our understanding of the human brain.

In this talk, Prof Will Penny will describe this new field of ‘computational psychology’ with a focus on human memory and learning.
