Getting older is inevitable but how we age may not be. Can good nutrition help you age better?
We often take for granted the nutrients found in foods, but deficiencies of vitamins and minerals exist even today. We need to look after our muscles and bones to stay independent and prevent muscle loss, weakness and fractures. This lecture will explore Prof Ailsa Welch’s research in population studies, and how nutrition impacts the aging of muscles and bones.
