LOVE CATS VALENTINES NEEDLEFELT WORKSHOP – 2 hours
Come and make some cute fat cat valentines characters – turn them into keyrings if you would like!
With local artist and tutor Victoria Goulden.
Learn the basic yet fascinating techniques of making beautiful things with wool fibres! This session focuses on cute round cats and adding hearts and colours to create keepsake love cat characters for a loved one for valentines, or keep for yourself 🙂
You will learn the simple craft of felt construction, shaping, firming, adding detail and loops for hanging if you want to turn yours into a keyring.
All skill levels welcome!
If time you can make more than one.
We have included some extra images of more detailed Cat-themed needlefelt portraits that Victoria has created.
Each session will include a free drink and time to hang out with the cats, with further drinks and sweet treats available to purchase too.
Accompanying non-participants can attend for just £15
Please note: these sessions are for ages 12 and up, as you will be using very sharp felting needles.
