Norwich Lanes
Norwich Over the Water was one of the old Great Wards of the city and was inhabited well before the Norman Conquest. From those early days it was also a place of trade and industry. Today it is a quieter part of the city, but it has a wide variety of of architecture, including places of worship and industrial buildings now mostly repurposed for other use. We will also learn something of the people who lived and worked here.
