Join visual artist Lizzie Figura-Drane and create a dragon using block print and foam, then bring your precious creature’s story to life in a haiku poem!
Together we’ll look at stained glass, explore the history of dragons and how they have been represented in literature, and create printed postcard poems which will be shared in Young Norfolk Art’s Summer Exhibition as part of their Postcard Poems project.
Don’t worry if this is your first time doing a writing workshop – we’re a friendly, informal bunch and you can share your writing as much or as little as you like.
Designed for young people aged 8 – 13 years. Places are limited to 15 participants – please book in advance to secure your seat. Pay what you can afford – £2.50, £5 or £7.50 each.
