Held in our pretty courtyard, this NEW summer event will be held between 6.00pm and 8.00pm on Friday, 18th August.
Grab your friends, family or work colleagues together and celebrate the taste of summer. Russell Evans, co-founder of Bullards Gin, will demonstrate 4 cocktails, including their popular Strawberry and Black Pepper Gin. In pairs, you will then have the opportunity to make and garnish each of the four cocktails to share and savour.
Grazing boards of smoked salmon blinis, prawn cocktail cup, cheese and meats. And for those of you with a sweet tooth, an elderflower and strawberry syllabub to complement the flavours.
Russell will share the Bullards story with you. Originating in 1837, Bullards is a name that is synonymous with the history of Norwich. You will also learn about the origins of the Nations favourite tipple and how it has changed to the drink we know today. Russell will also be on hand to answer any of your questions.
