From the colonial legacy of the cotton industry to the political embroidery of Mary Queen of Scots, these lectures will move, inspire and enrich anyone interested in the captivating history of the needle and thread.
These online talks have been organised by Laura Moseley, founder of Common Threads Press, a small, independent publisher in Norwich, putting radical histories of craft and making on your bookshelf.
The talks are priced on a ‘pay what you can afford’ basis.
