Dance Lab for Over 50s


Dance Lab is a weekly programme for adults aged 50+ who are looking to gain new dance and movement skills.

Build strength and mobility whilst developing your technique, creativity and musicality at an appropriate pace and level. Sessions are designed to enhance wellbeing through an exploration of improvisation, physical exercises and choreographic skills. You’ll take away new skills and ideas for developing your own dance practise.

Our highly experienced practitioners are committed to creating an encouraging and supportive environment of likeminded individuals, where skills can flourish and new friendships can be made.

No previous dance experience is required, just a passion to learn new skills!
