On 6th September we are celebrating National Read a Book Day with an exciting event based around the new book benches in Norwich. At each book bench we are placing a FREE book and bookmark donated by one of our local book shops at 11am and 3.30pm and if you get to the bench first you may pick one up to keep!
The books have been generously donated by local book shops including:
- Bookbugs and Dragon Tales
- Jarrold
- Tombland Bookshop
- The Amnesty Bookshop
- J R & R K Ellis
- Dormouse Bookshop.
Norwich is a UNESCO city of Literature and these new additions to our City Of Stories mark places for people to rest, to read and to meet people. To find out where all the books are and to read more about the authors and books that are featured please see our page on the VN website.
