“The human race has only one really effective weapon, and that is laughter.” – Mark Twain

“We are all jesters in the court of life.” – Liv (during a hangover in 2021)

Inspired by the social upheaval of festivals in the European Middle Ages, Commedia dell’arte, modern day LGBTQ+ comedians and the empowerment of the disenfranchised through comedy and community.

Please note:

Liv presents is committed to anti-racism within the drag events industry and Norwich LGBTQ+ scene. Therefore we ask that any white attendees consider their costumes carefully and refrain from wearing afro textured ‘clown’ wigs and make-up that resembles racist caricatures.

Liv presents is an advocate for our disabled communities, and asks that costumes and runway presentations avoid caricature of physical disabilities and learning disabilities.
