Meet the Emergency Services at Castle Quarter

Norfolk

For any children curious about what it’s like to be a police officer or a paramedic in the sky, there are more chances this August to meet real-life Norfolk heroes from the emergency services at Castle Quarter.

On Saturday 26 August, the East Anglian Air Ambulance will be visiting Castle Quarter, followed by Norfolk Police on Tuesday 29 August, both appearing between 10am and 4pm.

Ask questions, try on uniform and learn lots about the incredible jobs they do to keep people throughout Norfolk safe and well.

Gemma Hyde, marketing manager at Castle Quarter, says: “We’ve had a bumper summer of free events, with the bug zoo experience back again, Alpacas visiting us in the Castle gardens, Barbie making a guest star appearance and everyone enjoying spotting our jungle themed creatures in and around Castle Quarter. But we’re not done yet. We still have events happening right up until the new term starts, as visitors squeeze every bit of fun out of summer.”
