On arrival – Simpsons Wine Estate, Chalklands, Classic Cuvée Brut

First Course – Cromer crab crumpet, slow poached hen’s egg, asparagus & sea purslane

Paired with Pinot Meunier Blanc de Noir, Derringstone, Simpsons Wine Estate

Main Course – Braised Grasmere Farm lamb shank, hash brown, chantenay carrots, mint gel, pea & thyme sauce

Paired with Barons Lane Red, New Hall Wine Estate

Thyme & lemon jelly, citrus foam

Dessert – Dark & white chocolate mousse, malt sponge, chocolate soil & espresso ice cream

Paired with Rosé Brut, London Clay
