Essentially an original 3 piece instrumental band : Double Bass, Drums & Tenor Sax, Beat Fiasco are expanding with new members & vocal collaborations as their sound develops. Formed in Oct 22 from the wreckage of various bands, the key members Kev, Nik & Will started writing material together fused by a love of Dance music, Electronica, Dub & the Nu Jazz scene – turning their conventional instruments into dub & dance soundscapes with a jazz punk attitude. Appearing in 2023 with debut support to both Neue Graphik & Solko at Voodoo Daddies, Norwich as well as festivals & a host of other shows. With nods towards the direction of Comet is Coming, Roni Size, Go go Peguin, Mahavishnu Orchestra & Andrew Weatherall amongst others, Beat Fiasco have forged their own sound & a solid set now with a fundamental Jazz Punk ethic, recording their debut E.P in early 2024
