Organ Reborn! Recital

Cathedral Quarter

Internationally-renowned concert organist Thomas Trotter will give the inaugural recital on Norwich Cathedral’s historic organ following an ambitious once-in-a-lifetime project to preserve the organ for future generations.

The organ is one of the biggest of its kind in the country and Thomas Trotter – a recipient of the 2020 Queen’s Medal for Music – will put the 102-stop instrument through its paces with music by Bach, Guilmant, Willan, Dove, Karg-Elert and Mendelssohn.

Tickets £15 (centre nave) or £7.50 (unreserved nave aisles and east end).
To book, visit cathedral.org.uk or call 0333 6663366.

The recital is one of three concerts taking place in November 2023 to celebrate the return of the organ. For more details about the Organ Reborn! concert series visit cathedral.org.uk
