We are commemorating the 125th anniversary of the Royal Arcade’s opening on what would have been Queen Victoria’s 205th birthday with a ribbon-cutting event at its Gentleman’s Walk entrance that will feature a Morris dancing side accompanied by a traditional concertina player, re-enactors in Victorian costumes, a gin and tea party plus all of the stores will have their own special offers.
The Arcade will be decorated with red, white and blue bunting and ribbons for that authentic Victorian feel.
