Author, presenter, and award-winning Head Brewer of Wild Card Brewery in East London, Jaega Wise, hosts a unique beer tasting event at YALM Foodhall – with a science twist!
Held in collaboration with local brewers Ampersand and Duration, you’ll get the chance to taste a range of beers whilst Jaega – who has a background in chemical engineering – walks you through the science of beer-making and the mastery behind brewing.
Jaega is a presenter on BBC Radio 4’s The Food Programme and is a fierce advocate for equality within the brewing industry.
Includes book signing.
YALM will remain open for drinks following the event.
