The Wallow will be showcasing the L’HYDROPATHE 2022 Élite Rosé Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire Domaine des Diables. The 60% Syrah with 40% Grenache is quite rounded with good weight. Youthful with a satisfying balance of acidity and some raspberry fruit. ldeal accompaniment for mixed grills, spiced dishes (stir fry, paella, couscous) or simply as an aperitif.
