Movement can help stress and tension move through our bodies, release endorphins, provide an outlet for self-expression, and strengthen our relationship with our bodies.

This nourishing, restorative and accessible practice will help connect the mind and body to improve your overall wellbeing, reduce stress and calm the mind.

Each week will have a slightly different focus and will support you to connect with your body, express yourself and find your groove.
