For an hour each week, come and wind down from life’s daily stress with meditation, gentle dance movements and breathing techniques.
This nourishing, restorative and accessible practice will help connect the mind and body to improve your overall wellbeing, reduce stress and calm the mind. Each week will have a slightly different focus and will support you to connect with your body, express yourself and find your groove.
Movement can help stress and tension move through our bodies, release endorphins, provide an outlet for self-expression, and strengthen our relationship with our bodies.
These sessions are for you to relax, and no experience is necessary.
This event takes place every Thursday 18th Jan – 15th Feb. Sessions are available in two 5-week blocks for flexibility. Attend one or both blocks.
