Every Saturday 11am & 3pm, Sunday 11am From May to August we hold our “Vineyard Tour and Tasting Experience Days”. During your tour you will be guided by experienced head winemaker Lee Dyer who will show you the vineyards. Lee will explain about the history of Norfolk’s Winbirri Vineyard, the methods used in the vineyards to care for the vines and the reasons for the grapes we grow here in England.
After the vineyard tour, we proceed to the winery where you will learn about the processes involved in turning the grapes into our award winning wines. You will also see and hear about the differences in the production methods of white wines, red wines, and English sparkling wines.
To complete your vineyard tour and wine tasting experience, you will be invited to taste a selection of Winbirri wines.
The vineyard tour and tasting generally lasts 2.30 to 3 hours depending on your group’s questions.
