Norwich City Hosts

As ambassadors and champions for Norwich, the City Hosts welcome, guide and assist visitors in Norwich. Made up of local volunteers out and about (rain or shine!) Monday to Saturday, the hosts can meet your coaches to help direct you, answer any questions, offer recommendations or provide maps.

You’ll recognise them from their distinctive blue ‘Here to Help’ tabards and friendly faces!

To get in touch with our City Hosts, please contact Tracey Owen, Norwich BID’s City Host Manager by emailing [email protected] or [email protected], or call 01603 559570.
