Venta Icenorum is a historical gold mine. With the beautifully preserved remains of largest Roman town in East Anglia, it remains an incredible example of what has been. Venta Icenorum translates to marketplace of the Iceni and it is one of only three Roman towns not to be built over. After the sites discovery in the 1920s there has been a wealth of discoveries from the site, allowing visitors to have an immersive trip including tours and an augmented reality app.
