Since their launch in 2013 our friendly city hosts have been pounding the streets and pathways of Norwich to make every moment in Norwich easier. With a passionate team of 50 volunteers they are available whether you’re looking for a spot to have a coffee, want to know the history of Norwich or simply directions to the cathedral. With a keen interest in everything Norwich, our City Hosts are always ready to help.

Norwich endeavours to be accessible for all. Whether shopping or sight-seeing, everyone should feel included. Provisions such as Norfolk Disability Services give reliable advice on the accessibility of sights, both modern and historic. Furthermore, Castle Quarter has a dedicated Shopmobility scheme that allows for the loan* of scooters, electric and manual wheelchairs and walking aids. Plus, there are multiple accessible toilets to make your experience at the centre hassle-free. Chantry Place also have accessible measures for autism and assistance dogs. Read more here.
