At Norwich Cathedral, ancient architecture and contemporary sculpture come together in a brand-new outdoor art exhibition: Art in the Close. With a series of impressive granite pieces by John Maine and stainless-steel sculpture by Lynn Chadwick, discover the art across three spots of Cathedral Close.
Art in the Close is taking place from September 2025 to spring 2026 and is free to visit.
How about a fine dining feast in the newly-refurbished Brix and Bones?
Brix and Bones are known for their intimate atmosphere and incredible fine dining food. Even more so after their recent refurbishment! Think the same bespoke Brix and Bones hospitality, but with a larger kitchen (for more open fire cooking), a brand-new bar area and a chef’s counter which gives you a front row view!

Experience the dynamic padel courts from November
You can’t deny the popularity of padel! Luckily for us, Court De Padel has just announced their Norwich opening date: Monday 3 November. With 8 super panoramic indoor courts, this is your chance to have a go or hone your skills in this fun, fast-paced sport that mixes tennis and squash. Time to grab your doubles partner!

ROARR! and Norwich Theatre join forces for a magical festive family experience this Christmas
This Christmas, you can enjoy something a little different thanks to Norwich Theatre and ROARR!. Experience Festive Forest Fables, an enchanting, illuminated fairytale trail that combines the worlds of pantomime and prehistoric adventure! Think glittering lights, a woodland wonderland, props, performers and characters inspired by Cinderella.
