By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 

The prize draw is being run by Norwich Business Improvement District Ltd from Monday 30th March to Friday 10th April(midnight). 

Eligibility to enter

This Competition is open to residents of the UK. You must be aged 18 or over at the date on which you enter the Competition, any Norwich BID, Holkham Estate or Rock N Roll Circus employee and their families are ineligible to enter. 

In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 

The prize draw is free to enter. 

How to enter 

To enter the prize draw, go to the competition link and follow the competition rules to enter by Friday 10th April 12.00 (midnight). Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. The prize is for a pair of VIP Rock N Roll Circus tickets for any day of the Norwich Festival

No cash alternative is offered. 

The prize does not include travel.

The decision of VisitNorwich regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

The prize consists of: 

  • The prize is for a pair of VIP Rock N Roll Circus tickets for any day of the Norwich Festival

Winner announcement  

The winner will be drawn at random by an automatic system. 

The winner will be drawn and notified on Tuesday 11th April by 5pm via the account they entered on. 

VisitNorwich will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate, or if entry fails due to technology issues. 

VisitNorwich will attempt to contact the winner up to three times. If the winner does not respond to the messages notifying them of their win within 3 days of the third message, they will lose their right to the prize, and VisitNorwich reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 

Receipt of the prize 

VisitNorwich reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to: 

Verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence). 

Disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf; 

Disqualify any participant using social media, in VisitNorwich’s opinion, in an inappropriate, offensive or upsetting way.  

Data protection and publicity 

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by VisitNorwich for the purposes of administering the prize draw which includes details being given to Rock N Roll Circus for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. 

All personal information shall be used in accordance with VisitNorwich’s Privacy Notice. 

Limitation of Liability 

VisitNorwich does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. 

General 

VisitNorwich reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
