The evening will feature Antonio from the Diatomists walking us through 4 of the sherries they produce so impressively well, ranging from very dry styles up to richer, more textural examples as well as 3 still wines produced by him and the team under the title ‘Dominio de las Animas,’ featuring a Chardonnay, a Tinto, and a Syrah.
Charcuterie boards sourced from Cobble Lane charcuterie will be served alongside the wines.
