art & soul – a creative workshop

for women who are navigating change and seeking connection

this workshop is designed to inspire creativity and feed the soul

led by Art Therapist Bethan Hensser and Drama & Movement Therapist Kathleen Blades
(this is not a group therapy session – just a workshop led by therapists)

– the workshop will run 10am-1pm
– we will have the space available from 1pm-3pm for you to order coffee/ lunch from the cafe downstairs, socialise, and/ or continue art making
– all art materials include
