CAT CROCHET WORKSHOP – 2 hour session – Friday 12th September
During these sessions you will be taught the basics of the granny square by Poppy & Charlotte from Cozy Cryptids. An awesome introduction to the craft of crochet and the basis of many a blanket and possibly one of the most recognisable crochet patterns. You can make a cat design using the granny square technique if you wish.
For those with some previous experience Poppy & Charlotte can guide you to create other cat shapes too, including a simple 3D Amigurami cat. Tricky ones are available too.
Aimed at beginners and intermediates age 14 plus (or 10 plus if competent and already have some crochet or knitting experience).
All materials and equipment will be provided, but do bring your own along if you prefer 🙂 Especially if you are stuck on your own project – our tutors can help you get moving again!
This is a lovely way to spend your evening – a creative space where you can cuddle cats, meet fellow cat lovers and enjoy learning a new creative skill too!
Each session will include a complimentary drink of your choice from our coffee bar and time to relax and hang out with the cats, with further drinks and sweet treats available to purchase too.
There is an ‘Attending not joining in’ ticket for just £13 if you want to accompany but not to join in yourself – you still get to hang out with the cats, and get your first drink included too.
