On the Bone is a ‘chop house’ specialising in serving chops and steaks with modern, gutsy flavours.Derek Hardy has established a reputation for knowing how to source and enhance the flavour of steaks from his time running Don Txoko and Japanese grill Fire Izakaya. Steak is the name of the game!
