VisitNorwich and Søstrene Grene – Competition Terms and Conditions
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by Norwich Business Improvement District Ltd and Søstrene Grene from Monday 6th May 7pm to Thursday 9th May 12pm (midnight).
Eligibility to enter
This Competition is open to residents of the UK, however the prize is collection only, from the Norwich store. You must be aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the Competition, any Norwich BID or Søstrene Grene employee or anyone directly connected with the organisation or their immediate family will be ineligible to enter.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
The prize draw is free to enter.
How to enter
To enter the prize draw go to Instagram and follow the post’s competition rules to enter by Thursday 9th May 12pm (midnight). Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
VisitNorwich will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate, or if entry fails due to technology issues.
The prize consists of:
The winner will be drawn at random by woobox automatic system.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. This prize is not available for nationwide delivery. VisitNorwich will be in touch to arrange collection of the prize from Søstrene Grene, London Street, Norwich (Please note: Due to a busy opening period please allow the Søstrene Grene up to a week to organise the collection of your prize)
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of VisitNorwich regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
The winner will be drawn and notified on Friday 10th May 2024 at 12pm via Instagram Direct Message.
VisitNorwich will attempt to contact the winner by direct message up to three times.
If the winner does not respond to the messages notifying them of their win within 14 days of the third message, they will lose their right to the prize, and VisitNorwich reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the prize
VisitNorwich will be in contact with the winner via email. Both parties will require an address in order to administer the prize.
VisitNorwich reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
Verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence)
Disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf;
Disqualify any participant posting comments on Visit Norwich and Søstrene Grene’s social media platforms, using, in Visit Norwich’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other participants.
Data protection and publicity
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by VisitNorwich for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with VisitNorwich’s Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
VisitNorwich does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
General
VisitNorwich reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
