Norwich Summer Sessions: Sarabanda & Norwich Latin Dance (Salsa Classes)

Norfolk

Performing at 1.15pm, 2.30pm, 3.45pm

Gentleman’s Walk

Sarabanda is a collective who play Cuban son and vibrant salsa with a serious groove.  The collective’s obvious love of the music they play is evident in the passionate and exuberant arrangements of both original material and Cuban classics.

Between the band’s sets, Jack Hunt and Marwa Ramsi from Norwich Latin Dance will be doing salsa lessons, as well as leading dances during the sets. Jack and Marwa bring the passion, energy, and rhythm of Latin dance to Norwich through their weekly classes and monthly social events. Their mission is to create a fun, dynamic, and inclusive community where everyone can experience the joy of dance. This year there will also be a short display from one of their classes.

Jack and Marwa are thrilled to be part of the Norwich Summer Sessions and can’t wait to introduce you to the irresistible rhythms of Bachata and Salsa. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, they’d love for you to join them on the dance floor!
