Stuttgart Philharmonic with Jeneba Kanneh-Mason

Chapelfield

We are pleased to welcome one of Germany’s most distinguished orchestras, the Stuttgart Philharmonic, to Norwich.

The Stuttgart Philharmonic are delighted to have as our soloist the brilliant young pianist Jeneba Kanneh-Mason, whose family have made such a splash in British music over the last few years. She will perform one of Mozart’s most dramatic piano concertos, his 20th Concerto in D minor which will be preceded by Mendelssohn’s ever popular Hebrides Overture. In the second half the outstanding Argentinian conductor Mariano Chiacchiarini will conduct the orchestra in Brahms’ most lyrical symphony, his Symphony No. 3 which incidentally was Edwards Elgar’s favourite symphony.
