On Saturday 27th September, the Victoria String Quartet, accompanied by pianist Peter Hewitt and double bass player Leon Bosch, will perform Beethoven’s 3rd piano concerto at All Saints Church, in Burnham Thorpe, from 7.30pm.
Formed in 2017, the Victoria String Quartet regularly plays at chamber music societies and festivals across the UK, while pianist Peter attracts great critical acclaim for his exceptional performances and flawless technique.
Having worked with the finest conductors for 30 years, as a member of groups such as the Academy of St Martin in the Fields, Philharmonia and Hallé, Leon made the transition to the podium in 2015 and has since conducted orchestras around the world.
The performance has been organised by Music in the Burnhams, a charity bringing renowned classical musicians to informal venues across north-west Norfolk.
