Dining at The Assembly House is always a treat. This elegant Georgian hotel is known as one of the best spots for an afternoon tea in Norwich, with regular themed teas on the menu. There’s also a delectable lunch menu to get stuck into.

We recommend starting the day with the Beforenoon Tea. Served from 8am – 11.30am, you’ll get a small plate of one of their classic hot breakfasts, as well as three tiers of treats such as breakfast muffins and pastries.

Cosy Club

The Cosy Club is a great place to go if you want the wow factor. Inside the restored old National Provincial Bank on London Street, you’ll find its original domed glass ceiling, and features such as the old bank vault doors. The Maids Head Hotel’s 2 AA Rosette WinePress Restaurant is one of Norwich’s finest dining establishments.

You can book out event rooms for private dining events, and catering is available for anything from intimate numbers to 80 in the WinePress restaurant and 120 in the Minstrel Suite.
